摘要
主要介绍采用阴阳床制水的脱盐水装置技改情况。通过对阴阳床再生过程的分析,优化再生工艺和原辅材料;通过对阴阳床失效过程的分析,摸索出简单可靠的失效判断标准,简化操作,同时达到提高制水量,减少原辅材消耗,减少污水总量,降物耗和减排的目的。
Technical reform of the desalted water system with the water of the anode-negatthe regeneration process of the anode - negative bed, optimizing the regeneration process and rawandprocess of anode-negative bed are analyzed to find out a simple and reliable failure criterion, simplify the system capacity, reducing rawmaterial consumption and the amount of sewage, as well as material consumption and emission reductionpurposes.
