摘要
高校党支部建设是高校党建最重要的基本建设。基于共同体理论进行党支部共同体的构建,党支部集学习型、服务型、创新型于一体,成为基层组织的战斗堡垒,全新高效地服务于师生员工,为高校人才培养、社会服务、科技发展等提供坚实基础。
Construction of Party branches is the most important and basic part of Party building,and the construction of Party branch community is based on theory of community.Building the Party branch into a learning-oriented,service-oriented,and innovation-oriented Party branch,which becomes a bastion of battle for grassroots organizations,provides new and efficient service for teachers and students,and offers a solid foundation for talents training,social services,scientific and technological development in colleges and universities.
