鼻内窥镜下低温等离子射频消融术治疗儿童鼾症伴过敏性鼻炎的效果 被引量:7

摘要 目的探讨鼻内窥镜下低温等离子射频消融术(ELTPRA)治疗儿童鼾症伴过敏性鼻炎患儿的临床效果。方法选取2017年12月至2019年12月在本院接受治疗的67例儿童鼾症伴过敏性鼻炎患儿,随机分为对照组(n=34)和观察组(n=33)。对照组采取扁桃体+腺样体切除术治疗;观察组33例,采取ELTPRA治疗。比较两组患儿临床疗效、手术相关指标以及炎症因子指标。结果观察组总有效率为96.97%,高于对照组的79.41%(P<0.05)。观察组出血量少于对照组,手术时间、术后疼痛时间、住院时间短于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组TNF-α、IL-4、IL-8均明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论对儿童鼾症伴过敏性鼻炎患儿采取ELTPRA治疗疗效确切,并可降低手术创伤,缩短术后康复时间,减轻炎症反应。 Objective To investigate the clinical effect of ELTPRA in the treatment of children with snoring and allergic rhinitis.Methods 67 children with childhood snoring and allergic rhinitis who were treated in our hospital from December 2017 to December 2019 were selected and randomly divided into control group(n=34)and observation group(n=33).The control group,treated with tonsillectomy+adenoidectomy;the observation group was treated with ELTPRA.The clinical efficacy,surgery-related indicators and inflammatory factors were compared between the two groups of children.Results The total effective rate in the observation group was 96.97%,which was higher than 79.41%in the control group(P<0.05).The bleeding volume of the observation group was less than that of the control group,and the operation time,postoperative pain time,and hospitalization time were shorter than those of the control group(P<0.05).TNF-α,IL-4 and IL-8 in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion ELTPRA is effective in treating children with snoring and allergic rhinitis.It can also reduce surgical trauma,shorten postoperative recovery time,and reduce inflammation.
