摘要
针对特厚煤层高瓦斯工作面回采上分层过程中出现上隅角瓦斯超限报警的现象,在下分层施工千米定向钻孔抽采瓦斯技术。通过理论计算和Flac3D模拟,分析在回采上分层过程中在采动应力的影响,下分层出现裂隙裂缝发育程度以及由此产生的卸压瓦斯运移规律,在西铭矿205工作面试验研究表明,位于下分层6 m~9 m范围的千米定向钻孔瓦斯抽采效果最佳,可升高至68%,达到了稳定抽采的目的。
In view of the phenomenon of gas overrun alarm in the upper corner in the process of mining the upper layer in the high gas working face of extra thick coal seam,the kilometer directional drilling gas drainage technology was adopted in the construction of the lower slice.Through theoretical calculation and Flac3D simulation,the influence of mining stress on the upper layer,the development degree of fractures in the lower slice and the migration law of pressure relief gas were analyzed.The experimental study on 205 working face in Ximing coal mine shows that the gas drainage effect of kilometer directional drilling in the range of 6 m-9 m in the lower slice is the best,which can be increased to 68%,achieving the purpose of stable drainage.
