摘要
为改善斜沟煤矿18205工作面高位钻孔的瓦斯抽采效果,采用FLAC^(3D)软件模拟和现场试验对采空区顶板岩层渗透率的演化规律进行分析,并以此作为高位钻孔终孔位置的确定依据。结果表明:工作面推进120 m前,采空区顶板岩层纵向卸压区范围随着工作面的推进不断增大;工作面推进120 m后,采空区顶板岩层纵向卸压区范围变化越来越小,开始沿远离工作面方向转移;当高位钻孔的终孔层位选在距煤层顶板16~18 m时,采空区瓦斯抽采效果较为显著;高位钻孔终孔位置布置在17 m后,上隅角瓦斯体积分数基本维持在0.6%左右,回风流瓦斯体积分数大约为0.42%。
In order to improve the efficiency of the gas extraction of high level boreholes at the No. 18205 working face in Xiegou Coal Mine,the evolution of permeability of gob roof strata was analyzed by means of FLAC^3D simulation and field test,based on which,the bottom location of high level borehole was determined. The results show that during the first 120 m of working face moving forward,the range of longitudinal depressurized zone of gob roof strata increases with the advance of working face,after that,the change in the range of longitudinal depressurized zone becomes smaller and smaller and it starts moving away from the working face. The efficiency of gas extraction is pronounced when the bottom location of high level borehole is 16 ~ 18 m from the coal seam roof. Specifically,in the case of the above distance being 17 m,the gas concentration in the upper corner is about 0.6% and the gas concentration of the return current is about 0.42%.
