摘要
目的研究头灯联合放大镜辅助低位埋伏阻生智齿微创拔牙术的作用价值及美容舒适度,旨在为临床提供一种更加安全有效的低位埋伏阻生智齿微创拔牙术,以促进患者的早日康复。方法选取2018年10月至2019年6月于我院接受治疗的低位埋伏阻生智齿患者86例作为研究对象。将其以随机抽签法等分成试验组及对照组各43例,对照组予以常规微创拔牙术治疗,试验组则在头灯联合放大镜辅助下实施微创拔牙术治疗。分别比较两组手术时间、术中及术后并发症发生情况、美容满意度以及舒适度。结果试验组手术时间为(18.60±5.28)min,明显短于对照组的(38.21±11.39)min,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组术中并发症发生率为25.58%,低于对照组的51.16%(P<0.05)。试验组术后并发症发生率为34.88%,低于对照组的62.79%(P<0.05)。试验组美容满意度评分为(92.42±5.32)分,以及舒适度评分为(94.05±5.11)分,均高于对照组的(85.32±4.28)分、(84.67±4.35)分(均P<0.05)。结论头灯联合放大镜辅助低位埋伏阻生智齿微创拔牙术的作用明显,可有效缩短手术时间,降低术中、术后并发症发生率,同时有利于提高患者的美容满意度、舒适度,值得临床推广应用。
Objective To study the value and cosmetic comfort of headlight combined with magnifying glass in assisting minimally invasive extraction of lower impacted wisdom teeth,aiming to provide a safer and more effective minimally invasive extraction of lower impacted wisdom teeth to promote the patient′s early recovery.Methods Eighty-six patients with lower impacted wisdom teeth who received treatment in our hospital from October 2018 to June 2019 were selected as the research objects.They were randomly divided into the experimental group(n=43)and the control group(n=43)according to random lottery method.The control group was treated with conventional minimally invasive tooth extraction,and the experimental group was treated with minimally invasive tooth extraction with the aid of a headlight and magnifying glass.The operation time,intraoperative and postoperative complications,cosmetic satisfaction and comfort level were compared between the two groups.Results The operation time of the experimental group was(18.60±5.28)min,which was significantly shorter than(38.21±11.39)min of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The intraoperative complication rate in the experimental group was 25.58%,which was lower than 51.16%in the control group(P<0.05).The postoperative complication rate in the experimental group was 34.88%,which was lower than 62.79%in the control group(P<0.05).The cosmetic satisfaction score(92.42±5.32)points and the comfort score(94.05±5.11)points of the experimental group were higher than(85.32±4.28)points and(84.67±4.35)points in the control group(both P<0.05).Conclusion The effect of headlight combined with magnifying glass in assisting minimally invasive extraction of lower impacted wisdom teeth can effectively shorten the operation time,reduce the incidence of intraoperative and postoperative complications,and it helps to improve the patient′s cosmetic satisfaction and comfort.It is worthy of clinical application.
