多层转换桁架体系在某大跨度钢结构工程中的应用 被引量:1

摘要 某中心为建筑造型和功能布置均极为特殊和复杂的多层建筑,项目中存在多处大跨度和大悬挑结构部位。结合建筑功能要求,结构工程师通过在结构顶部或上部设置单层或跨层高位转换桁架,通过上部悬挂的方式实现了大空间的需求。分析结果表明,由于采用了相对比较柔软的钢结构,楼板的温度应力普遍很低,但多层桁架提供了足够的竖向刚度,舒适度计算结果也比较容易满足规范要求。恒荷载在跨层桁架上下弦层的产生楼板拉应力很大,可以通过合理的楼板混凝土浇筑顺序加以释放,楼板实际仅承受活荷载产生的膜面应力。另外,项目由于采用了钢框架的结构形式,具有极好的延性性能,能够实现更高一级抗震设防烈度的大震。文中的设计思路可为相关工程实践提供参考。 A certain center is a multi-story building with extremely special and complex architectural exterior and functional layout.There are many difficult large-span and large cantilever structural parts in the project,which brings great challenges to the structural design.Structural engineers set up a single-story or cross-story transfer trusses on the top or upper of the structure,and achieve the large space inside the building by hanging system.The analysis results show that due to the soft steel structure,the temperature stress of the floor slab is generally very low.The multi-layer truss provides sufficient vertical stiffness,and the comfort calculation results are easier to meet the requirements of the code.The dead load produces a large floor slab tensile stress on the upper and lower chords of the cross-story truss,which can be released through a reasonable floor slab concrete pouring sequence.The floor slab actually only bears the membrane stress caused by the live load.In addition,due to the use of a steel frame structure,this project has excellent ductility and can achieve a higher level of seismic fortification intensity.The method in this paper can provide reference for related project.
