摘要
气井出水影响气井的正常生产,堵水是治理出水问题的有效方法。对出水层位不明确的井,准确找到出水层位才能提高堵水成功率。而对于大斜度多层合采井或者水平井,常规电缆/钢丝测试找水的方法存在一定困难。该文介绍的方法可解决大斜度多层合采井电缆测试找水存在局限性的问题。主要是利用连续油管技术,配合暂堵体系封堵不同生产层位,同时结合地面生产数据的变化,以此判断出水层位。优选堵剂体系后,利用连续油管实施定点封堵,达到精确堵水的目的。室内实验和现场应用情况表明,该技术对大斜度井及水平井找水、堵水施工有一定借鉴意义。
Water production of gas well affects the normal production,and plugging water is an effective method to solve the problem of water production.For some wells which water production horizon are not clear,accurately finding out the water production horizon can improve the success rate of water plugging.But for the high inclination of the multi-layer commingled producing wells or horizontal wells,the conventional methods of cable/wire operation test for finding water are difficult.A method introduced in this paper can effectively solve the problem of the limitation of finding water in wire/cable test of high inclination multilayer combined production wells.It is mainly to use coiled tubing technology,cooperate with temporary plugging system to plug different production horizons,and at the same time,combine with the change of ground production data,so as to judge the water producing horizon.After optimizing plugging agent system,coiled tubing is used to implement fixed-point plugging to achieve the purpose of accurate water plugging.The laboratory experiment and field application show that the technology has a certain reference significance for water exploration and plugging in highly deviated wells and horizontal wells.
