摘要
目前油田测试找水存在的技术问题和工艺限制,严重影响了采油井堵水层位判定的准确性和堵水有效性,致使采油井堵水后存在堵水效果不好,采油泵与堵后产液不匹配等问题。因此研究应用了"压力波调控井下开关找堵水技术",工艺管柱由2部分组成,上部为抽油泵、螺杆泵或潜油电泵组成的举升管柱,下部为堵水封隔器、压控开关等工具组成的找、堵水管柱。采油井生产过程中,通过井口打压,改变井下各级压控开关的开、关状态,实现堵水管柱堵、采层段不同组合。可通过地面实时量油和含水化验,获得采油井各层段或层段组合的产液量和含水率,准确找出高产液、高含水层段,进而对高产液高含水层段进行有效的封堵,该工艺技术实现了采油井生产状态下的准确找水和有效堵水,同时,还可对产液层段进行合理配产,在保证堵水效果的同时,确保采油井在合理的生产状态下生产。
At present, the technical problems and process limitations existing in the oilfield test of the water location have seriously affected the accuracy of the water plugged horizon and effectiveness of the water plugging in the oil producing wells. These result in the problems of the poor water plugged effect of the wells and non match between the oil producing pump and post-plug produced fluid. Therefore,"Water locating and plugging techniques by pressure wave adjusted and controlled downhole switch" were studied and applied. The technological pipe string is composed of two parts: the upper is the lift pipe string made up of the oil well pump, PC pump or submersible pump;the lower is the water locating and plugging pipe string composed of the water plugging packer, pressure-controlled switch and so forth. In the process of the oil well’s production, by means of the wellhead pressure enhancement, the open and close states of each level of pressure controlled switches in the downhole can be changed, thus the different combinations of between the plugged and produced intervals for the water plugging pipe string can be realized. By means of the real-time oil measurement and water-bearing test on the ground, the produced fluid yield and water cut of each interval or combination of the intervals were obtained for the oil wells, the intervals with high-production and high-watercut were accurately achieved, and furthermore the effective pluggings of these two-high intervals were engaged, thus the technology and technique have realized the accurate water location and effective water plugging under the state of the production of the oil wells. At the same time, the reasonable production allocation of the liquid producing intervals has been conducted, so as well as guaranteeing the water plugged effects, the production of the oil well in the reasonable production state has been ensured.
