摘要
目的探讨亮丙瑞林联合反向添加治疗子宫内膜异位症(EMs)患者疗效及对IL-6与IκB-α的影响。方法选取2018年6月至2020年7月妇产科收治的EMs患者70例,采用随机数字表均分成对照组与研究组,均行腹腔镜手术治疗,对照组术后给予亮丙瑞林,研究组在对照组基础上加用反向添加疗法,观察2组临床疗效、血清性激素水平及IL-6、IκB-α水平变化。结果研究组临床总有效率为94.29%,明显优于对照组(77.14%),组间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);2组各性激素水平均较治疗前显著降低(P<0.05),且治疗后研究组FSH、LH及E2水平均明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);2组血清IL-6、IκB-α水平均较治疗前降低(P<0.05),且治疗后研究组血清IL-6、IκB-α水平均明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论亮丙瑞林联合反向添加治疗可提高EMs临床治疗效果,抑制雌激素分泌,并下调IL-6、IκB-α水平,减轻机体炎性反应。
Objective To investigate the therapeutic effects of leuprolide combined with reverse addition on endometriosis(EMs)and its effects on IL-6 and IκB-α.Methods A total of 70 patients with EMs who were treated in our hospital from June 2018 to July 2020 were enrolled in the study,who were divided into control group and research group according to random number table.The patients in both groups were treated by laparoscopic surgery.After operation the patients in control group were given leuprolide,however,the patients in research group,on the basis of control group,were treated by reverse additive therapy.The clinical curative effects,serum sex hormone levels and the changes of IL-6 and IκB-αwere observed and compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate in research group was 94.29%,which was significantly higher than that(77.14%)in control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of sex hormones in both groups were significantly lower than those before treatment(P<0.05),moreover,the levels of FSH,LH and E2 in research group were significantly lower than those in control group(P<0.05).Moreover the levels of serum IL-6 and IκB-αin both groups were significantly decreased after treatment(P<0.05),moreover,the serum levels of IL-6 and IκB-αin research group were significantly lower than those in control(P<0.05).Conclusion Leuprolide combined with reverse addition therapy can improve the clinical therapeutic effects on EMs,inhibit the secretion of estrogen,and down-regulate the levels of IL-6 and IκB-α,and reduce the body inflammatory reaction.
