DCE-MRI定量参数对胶质瘤的级别预测

摘要 目的以Meta分析的方法研究DCE-MRI定量参数Ktrans和Ve对胶质瘤级别的评估能力。方法在CNKI、万方、维普以及Pubmed数据库中检索近10年与DCE-MRI对胶质瘤级别的鉴别能力有关的中英文文献,通过Endnote-X9软件导入后,根据预先设定的纳入标准及排除标准进行筛选,并进行文献质量的评估,然后使用RevMan5.3软件进行Meta分析。结果共检索到501篇相关文献,最终纳入15篇文献,共计587名患者。经过对数据的Meta分析后发现高级别胶质瘤的DCE-MRI定量参数Ktrans、Ve均显著高于低级别胶质瘤。结论 DCE-MRI定量参数Ktrans、Ve能够对胶质瘤分级诊断提供帮助,从而协助临床对术前治疗方式的选择以及对预后情况的判断。 Objective To investigate the ability of DCE-MRI quantitative parameters Ktrans and Ve to assess glioma grade by meta-analysis.Methods Chinese and English literatures related to the ability of DCE-MRI to differentiate glioma grades were searched in the CNKI, Wanfang, Weipu, and Pubmed databases for nearly 10 years, after import through Endnote-X9 software, according to pre-set inclusion criteria. Screening was performed with exclusion criteria and literature quality was assessed, followed by Meta analysis using RevMan5.3 software.Results A total of 501 related articles were retrieved, and 15 articles were eventually included, for a total of 587 patients. After meta-analysis of the data, the DCE-MRI quantitative parameters Ktrans and Ve of high-grade gliomas were significantly higher than those of low-grade gliomas.Conclusion The DCE-MRI quantitative parameters Ktrans and Ve can help the grading diagnosis of glioma, which can assist the clinical choice of preoperative treatment and judgment of prognosis.
