浅析磁共振灌注成像在脑胶质瘤中的应用

摘要 目的分析磁共振再灌注成像对于脑胶质瘤患者的应用价值;方法:选取我院2012年4月至2014年6月间住院的脑胶质瘤患者51例同时进行磁共振灌注成像资料(观察组)和常规MRI成像资料(对照组),并分析磁共振灌注成像与常规MRI临床资料的诊断区别,进行分析对比;结果:对于高、低级别的脑胶质瘤患者,观察组具有更高分辨率,两组比较观察组诊断准确率为%,明显高于对照组%;(p〈0.05);结论:磁共振灌注成像具有更高分辨率,能够明确脑胶质瘤的血流灌注状态,为胶质瘤的临床分级及治疗提供详细准确依据.
