摘要
目的:探讨临床思维训练平台在医学虚拟教学中的应用效果。方法:选取2014级圣地班47名学生作为研究对象,进行虚拟诊疗教学并了解其应用效果。结果:(1)此平台有助于培养和提升医学生的批判性思维能力;(2)82.98%学生认可其适用于临床教学;(3)70%教师认为其不能完全替代临床实践教学。结论:大部分师生认为此平台适用于临床教学,是传统教学模式的有效补充。
Objective:To explore the application effect of clinical thinking training system in medical virtual teaching.Methods:47 students from the 20114"holy land class"were selected as research objects to conduct virtual diagnosis and treatment teaching and understand its application effect.Results:(1)Clinical thinking training system is helpful to train and improve the critical thinking ability of medical students;(2)82.98% of the students approved the virtual diagnosis and treatment platform;(3)70% of the teachers think that it can not completely replace clinical practice teaching.Conclusions:Most teachers and students believe that the platform is suitable for clinical teaching and is an effective supplement to the traditional teaching mode.
