摘要 文章把社会主义核心价值观主动融到"以人为本"的人力资源管理课程中来。深入挖掘高职人力资源管理课程的思政元素,主要从"选、用、激、育、留"等5个方面的专业知识教学自然融合到课程思政中,贯彻"三全育人"和立德树人与"人力资源管理"课程的有效结合,积极探索课程思政中人力资源管理课程的有效路径。 This article integrates the socialist core values into the"people-oriented"Human Resource Management courses,and deeply excavates the ideological and political elements in the course of Human Resource Management in higher vocational colleges.Mainly from the"selection,use,stimulation,education,retention"five aspects,professional knowledge teaching is naturally integrated into the ideological and political education,so as to carry out"three-full education",establish the effective combination of moral education and"Human Resource Management"course,and actively explore the effective path of ideological and political education in Human Resource Management curriculum.
