摘要
同一中药或者方剂会表现出双向调节的作用,能使机体恢复原有的动态平衡状态,因此能适用于临床诸多疾病的治疗。近年来,中药和方剂在治疗循环、呼吸、消化、泌尿、神经、免疫等人体系统中的部分疾病时,均展现出了双向调节的作用,同时部分机制研究也较以往更为深入。现综述近5年来有关中药和方剂的双向调节作用研究进展,从而为今后双向调节中药的临床与科研提供思路。
Some Chinese medicine or prescriptions show the effect of bidirectional regulation,which can maintain the homeostasis of body,and are suitable for treating many diseases.In recent years,Chinese medicine and prescriptions have shown the effect of bidirectional regulation in the treatment of disorders in the circulatory,respiratory,digestive,urinary,nervous,immune systems,and more in-depth mechanism research was done.This paper reviewed the research progress of bidirectional regulation of traditional Chinese medicine and prescriptions in recent five years,so as to provide ideas for future bidirectional regulation of TCM clinical and scientific research.
