摘要
近年来,男性不育症、勃起功能障碍、早泄、慢性前列腺炎等男科常见疾病发病率不断增加。男科疾病本身存在机制复杂、共病普遍等特点,为临床疗效的提高带来了挑战。中医男科医生在诊疗过程中由于部分疾病难以通过传统手段准确辨证,从而出现预后不清等窘境。提高男科疾病疗效要求做男科医生需"三明",即明敌情、明我情、明进程。
In recent years,the incidences of common male diseases,such as male infertility,erectile dysfunction,premature ejaculation,and chronic prostatitis,have been increasing.Male diseases are characterized by complex mechanisms and common comorbidities,which have brought challenges to the improvement of the clinical therapeutic efficacy.In the process of diagnosis and treatment in traditional Chinese medicine,due to the difficulty in accurately distinguishing some diseases by conventional means,andrological clinicians may face a dilemma of uncertain prognosis.To improve the clinical effects of treatment of male diseases,andrological clinicians are required to be Sanming(literally three awares),that is,aware of the state of disease,aware of the available strategies,and aware of the process.
