摘要
目的:基于数据挖掘技术探究中药复方治疗术后早期炎性肠梗阻(EPISBO)的用药特点和规律。方法:计算机检索CNKI、WanFang、VIP、SinoMed、Cochrane Library、PubMed中中医药治疗EPISBO的文献,建立数据库并采用SPSS Statistics 23.0、SPSS Clementine 12.0统计软件对数据进行分析。结果:共纳入中药处方252首,涉及中药135味,其中出现频次≥20次的中药共20味,以大黄、厚朴、芒硝、桃仁、枳实最为多见,药物类别以泻下药、理气药、活血化瘀药出现频次最高,四气以温、寒居多,五味以苦、辛为主,归经以胃、脾和大肠经最多。关联规则分析共计10个核心药对,核心处方为聚类分析共得到4个聚类,因子分析得到7个公因子。结论:分析结果显示治疗EPISBO中泻下药大黄使用最多,核心处方为大承气汤,随证配伍活血化瘀药、补虚药、理气药等药物。
Objective:To explore the features and regularity of traditional Chinese medicine compound in the treatment of early postoperative inflammatory small bowel obstruction(EPISBO)based on data mining.Methods:The literature of traditional Chinese medicine treating EPISBO in CNKI,WanFang,VIP,CMB,Cochrane Library and PubMed were retrieved,a database was established and analyzed by SPSS Statistics 23.0 and SPSS Clementine 12.0 statistical software.Results:A total of 252 traditional Chinese medicine prescriptions were selected,involving 135 drugs.the use frequencies of 20 drugs were≧20 times,such as rhubarb,magnolia bark,mirabilite,peach kernel and Fructus Aurantii Immaturus.Drug categories with highest use frequency were Xiexia drug,Liqi drug and Huoxuehuayu drug.The main drug properties were warm and cold,and main flavors were Ku and Xin.The main channel tropisms were stomach,spleen and large intestine.A total of 10 core drug pairs were analyzed by association rules,4 clusters were obtained by cluster analysis of core prescriptions,and 7 common factors were obtained by factor analysis.Conclusion:The result showed Xiexia drug rhubarb is the most commonly used in the treatment of EPISBO,and the core prescription is Dachengqi decoction,which was compatible with Huoxuehuayu drugs,Buxu drugs and Liqi drugs.
