摘要
目的探讨清心滋肾方结合莉芙敏对子宫内膜癌术后绝经综合征患者的临床疗效及对患者性激素水平的影响。方法选取2016年5月至2019年5月间江苏省海安市中医院收治的100例子宫内膜癌术后绝经综合征患者。根据治疗方法不同进行分组,其中服用莉芙敏进行治疗的50例患者纳入对照组,予以清心滋肾方结合莉芙敏进行治疗的50例患者纳入观察组。比较两组患者的治疗有效率、中医症状积分、改良Kupperman评分、生活质量评分、血清性激素和骨密度。结果治疗后,观察组患者的显效率、有效率、骨密度和生活质量评分均高于对照组患者,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。观察组患者的肾阴虚症状积分、改良Kupperman评分和血清性激素均低于对照组患者,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论采用清心滋肾方结合莉芙敏治疗子宫内膜癌术后绝经综合征患者,可提高患者的临床疗效、骨密度和生活质量,改善肾阴虚症状、围绝经期症状和血清性激素,临床效果较好,值得推广。
Objective To explore the efficacy of Qingxin zishen recipe combined with remifemin for menopausal syndrome after endometrial cancer surgery and the effect on the level of sex hormone.Methods One hundred patients with postmenopausal menopausal syndrome after endometrial cancer were selected at Hai’an Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from May 2016 to May 2019.They were divided into an observation group and a control group based on the treatment they received.Fifty patients receiving Qingxin zishen recipe combined with remifemin were include in the observation group and 50 patients receiving remifemin were included in the control group.The treatment effectiveness,Traditional Chinese Medicine symptom score,modified Kupperman score,quality of life scale score,serum sex hormones and bone density were compared between the two groups.Results After the treatment,the marked efficiency,efficacy rate,bone density,and quality of life scores were significantly higher in the observation group than in the control group(all P<0.05).The scores of symptoms of kidney yin deficiency,modified Kupperman score,and serum hormones were significantly lower in the observation group than in the control group(all P<0.05).Conclusion Qingxin zishen recipe combined with remifemin for the treatment of menopausal syndrome after endometrial cancer surgery can significantly improve clinical efficacy,bone mineral density and quality of life,and reduce the score of kidney yin deficiency symptoms,Kupperman score,quality of life scale score,perimenopausal symptoms and serum hormones with significant clinical efficacy and it is worthy of clinical popularization.
