远程电网变电站轻质电缆沟盖板故障诊断可靠性研究 被引量:3

摘要 为了保障用电的基本安全以及提升电缆寿命,研究远程电网变电站轻质电缆沟盖板故障诊断可靠性。电缆沟盖板故障可因承载能力以及管理条件,划分为外部垂直水平裂缝、斜裂缝、角部裂缝以及孔洞变裂缝。利用傅里叶变换算法将超声正弦交变信号转换为傅里叶序列信号,检测沟盖板是否存在故障;由于傅里叶变换算法在对超声信号变换时,信号波起伏过大,导致谱分析图像并不清晰完整,因此运用非线性谱分析构建AR模型的方法,根据Yule-Walker方程计算得出信号功率谱,给定阶数取值,直至完成超声故障检测。实验结果表明,所提算法具有较高的适用性以及检测效率,故障诊断结果可靠性强。 In order to ensure the basic safety of electricity and improve the life of the cable,the reliability of fault diagnosis of the lightweight cable trench cover of the remote grid substation is studied.Cable trench cover faults can be divided into external vertical horizontal cracks,diagonal cracks,corner cracks,and hole cracks due to bearing capacity and management conditions.Use the Fourier transform algorithm to convert the ultrasonic sinusoidal alternating signal into a Fourier sequence signal to detect whether there is a fault in the groove cover;because the Fourier transform algorithm transforms the ultrasonic signal,the signal wave fluctuates too much,resulting in spectral analysis The image is not clear and complete,so the method of constructing the AR model using nonlinear spectrum analysis,according to the Yule-Walker equation,the signal power spectrum is calculated,and the value of the given order is taken until the ultrasonic fault detection is completed.Experimental results show that the proposed algorithm has high applicability and detection efficiency,and the reliability of fault diagnosis results is strong.
