摘要
文章利用行波测距方法实现对输电线路接地故障的自动识别及高精度的距离定位,研制和开发了接地故障检测硬件设备及通信系统,实现与远程电网监控中心的数据交换与互联,并对一正在检修的高压输电线路进行了接地故障模拟性试验。试验结果表明该方法适用于小波阻抗的接地故障点检测,接地故障点的波阻抗值越小,测量精度越高。
The traveling wave fault location method is used to realize automatic identification and high-precision distance location of the transmission line ground faults.The hardware equipment and communication system of ground fault detection are developed to realize data exchange and interconnection with remote power grid monitoring center.A ground fault simulation test is carried out on a high-voltage transmission line under maintenance.The test results show that this method is suitable for the detection of ground fault points with wavelet impedance.The smaller the wave impedance value of the ground fault point is,the higher the measurement accuracy is.
