摘要
目的分析优质护理干预对尿毒症血液透析患者依从性、负性情绪的影响。方法将我院2019年1月至2020年1月收治的80例尿毒症血液透析患者按入院顺序分为对照组(40例,常规护理)和试验组(40例,优质护理)。比较两组的护理效果。结果护理后,试验组饮食、液体摄入、用药及透析方案依从性评分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。护理后,试验组SAS、SDS、SPBS及MNA评分均优于对照组(P<0.05)。试验组并发症总发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论优质护理干预应用于尿毒症血液透析治疗中可提高患者依从性,明显改善负性情绪及营养状况,减少并发症,值得临床推广应用。
Objective To analyze the effects of high quality nursing intervention on compliance and negative emotion of uremic hemodialysis patients.Methods Eighty uremic hemodialysis patients admitted in our hospital from January 2019 to January 2020 were divided into control group(40 cases,routine nursing)and experimental group(40 cases,high quality nursing)according to the order of admission.The nursing effects of the two groups were compared.Results After nursing,the compliance scores of diet,fluid intake,medication and dialysis protocol in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).After nursing,SAS,SDS,SPBS and MNA scores in the experimental group were better than those in the control group(P<0.05).The total incidence of complications in the experimental group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion High quality nursing intervention applied in hemodialysis treatment of uremia can enhance patients'compliance,significantly improve negative emotion and nutritional status,and reduce complications,which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
