摘要
分析联动护理干预在慢性肾衰竭行血液透析患者动静脉瘘护理中的应用。选取廊坊爱德堡医院收诊的80例慢性肾衰竭患者作为研究对象,按照随机分组法将患者分为观察组和对照组,对照组患者采取常规护理措施,观察组患者采取联动护理措施。对于联动护理干预措施的价值进行分析,选择合适的观察指标进行评估。研究发现,慢性肾衰竭行血液透析患者动静脉瘘护理中采取联动护理干预措施能够有效改善患者各项观察指标,提高患者生活质量,患者护理满意度更高,发生并发症的概率比较低,这说明该护理措施的价值比较高,对于同类患者的护理中可推广该护理措施,改善护理效果,提高护理质量。
To analyze the application of linkage nursing intervention in the nursing of arteriovenous fistula in patients with chronic renal failure undergoing hemodialysis.80 patients with chronic renal failure admitted to Aidebao Hospital were selected as the research objects.The patients were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group.The patients in the control group took routine nursing measures,and the patients in the observation group took linkage nursing measures.The value of linkage nursing intervention measures was analyzed,and appropriate observation indicators were selected for evaluation.The study found that the adoption of linkage nursing intervention measures in the care of arteriovenousfistula in patients with chronic renal failure undergoing hemodialysis can effectively improve the patient’s observation indicators,improve the patient’s quality of life,the patient’s satisfaction with nursing is higher,and the probability of complications is relatively low,which shows that this kind of nursing measure is of high value,and it is necessary to promote this kind of nursing measure in the care of similar patients,improve the nursing effect,and improve the quality of nursing.
