摘要
为研究超偏载装置计量车的多参数测量结果的准确性和可靠性,以满足铁道货车超偏载检测装置量值传递的需要,保障量值统一,研究建立了超偏载装置计量车检定装置。根据JJF 1059.1-2012《测量不确定度评定与表示》分析影响每一个参数测定的各种不确定度因素,采用GUM法对其每一参数进行不确定度评定。分析结果表明:所有参数测量结果的扩展不确定度均小于其最大可接受扩展不确定度。
To study the accuracy and reliability of the multi-parameter measurement results of the metrology vehicle of detecting device for overload and unbalance load,implement the dissemination of quantity values on the detecting device for overload and unbalance load of rail wagons,and ensure the consistency of quantity value,the standard detecting device for overload and unbalance load is studied and established.The uncertainty factors affecting the determination of each parameter are analyzed according to JJF 1059.1-2012“Evaluation and Expression of Uncertainty in Measurement”,and the uncertainty of each parameter is evaluated by GUM method.The results show that the extended uncertainties of all parameter measurement are less than its maximum acceptable extended uncertainty.
