摘要
以猫儿山小鲵Hynobius maoershanensis蝌蚪为实验对象,人工饲养并观察记录其生长发育的特征与出现的问题。结果显示,人工饲养的条件下,猫儿山小鲵蝌蚪发育正常,孵出时蝌蚪前肢芽凸起但未分化,约17 d前肢发育完成,约30 d后肢发育完成,从孵出到变态期可划分为4期,历时102 d,较其他小鲵属Hynobius物种慢。人工饲养投喂食物建议以新鲜丰年虾Artemia salina、鲜红虫为主,辅以碎蛋黄和蚯蚓。用0.0004%高锰酸钾溶液浸泡猫儿山小鲵蝌蚪30 min可以有效抑制水霉病的感染与传播。
In this study,Hynobius maoershanensis tadpoles were raised by artificial breeding methods and their developmental characteristics were recorded.The results indicated that H.maoershanensis tadpoles grew normally under the conditions of artificial breeding.The forelimb buds were protuberant but undifferentiated at hatching.Forelimb development was completed in about 17 d after hatching,and posterior limb development was completed in about 30 d.The period from hatching to metamorphosis could be divided into 4 periods,which lasted for 102 d.H.maoershanensis tadpoles developed more slowly than other species of the same genus.It is suggested that in the artificial breeding,fresh Artemia salina and fresh red worm should be given as the main food sources,and earthworm and cooked egg yolks can be given as supplements.Soaking H.maoershanensis tadpoles with 0.0004%potassium permanganate solution for half an hour can effectively inhibit the infection and transmission of Saprolegniasis.
