摘要
认清终身教育和终身学习对自身学术成长与发展的重要性,是新时代对高校教师适应现代教育的要求。构建地方高校教师学术创新能力综合评价指标体系,从学术精神入手,对高校教师学术创新能力的内涵要素(教学学术、学科学术及学术服务的创新能力)和个体要素(学术洞察与交叉、知识谱系与反思、学术自主与合作)进行剖析,进而探究女教师学术创新能力发展的影响因素,并从职业道德、激励机制、理念更新、创新技术和学术交流等方面,提出行之有效的对策建议。
To recognize the importance of lifelong education and lifelong learning to their own academic growth and development is the requirement for teachers in colleges and universities to adapt to modern education in the new era.Based on the academic spirit,this paper constructs a comprehensive evaluation index system of teachers academic innovation ability in local colleges and universities,analyzes connotation elements(teaching,subject and innovation ability of academic service)and individual elements(academic insight and intersection,knowledge pedigree and reflection,academic autonomy and cooperation),then explores the influencing factors of academic innovation ability of female teachers,and puts forward some effective countermeasures and suggestions from the aspects of professional ethics,incentive mechanism,concept renewal,innovative technology and academic exchanges.
