摘要
开放大学网络教学团队是借助现代信息技术手段实施远程异地教学、向学习者提供学习过程所需的课程学习资源和学习支持服务、以保障教学质量的专业教师队伍。本研究以开放大学经济数学基础课程、公共英语课程教学团队为例,从健全网络教学团队保障机制、优选团队负责人形成团队核心、发挥团队示范引领作用、依托网络教学推动团队成长等方面总结网络教学团队的实践经验,以期为课程教学团队的建设提供参考。
The network teaching teams of open universities are professional teaching teams which carry out remote teaching by means of modern information technology,and provide learner with learning resources and learning support services needed in the learning process to ensure teaching quality.Taking Economic Mathematics Basis teaching team and College English teaching team as examples,this paper summarizes the practical experience of network teaching team from the aspects of improving the guarantee mechanism of network teaching team,selecting the best team leaders to form the team core,playing the team’s demonstration and leading role,and relying on network teaching to facilitate team growth,so as to provide reference for the construction of network teaching team of other colleges and universities.
