摘要
目的研究未接受抗病毒治疗艾滋病(AIDS)患者自杀意念与生活事件、抑郁水平、自杀态度的相关性。方法选取68例AIDS患者,根据是否接受抗病毒治疗分组,对照组(34例)为接受抗病毒治疗患者,观察组(34例)为未接受抗病毒治疗患者,比较两组一般资料、Beck自杀意念量表中文版(BSI-CV)、生活事件量表(LES)、汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD)、自杀态度问卷(QSA)评分,并采用Spearman分析自杀意念与生活事件、抑郁水平、自杀态度的相关性。结果观察组BSI-CV自杀意念的强度、自杀危险性评分均高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组LES、HAMD评分均高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组QSA中对自杀行为性质的认识(F1)、对自杀者的态度(F2)、对自杀者家属的态度(F3)、对安乐死的态度(F4)评分均低于对照组(P<0.05);BSI-CV自杀意念的强度、自杀危险性与LES、HAMD评分均呈正相关(P<0.05),与QSA评分呈负相关(P<0.05)。结论生活事件、抑郁水平、自杀态度与未接受抗病毒治疗艾滋病患者自杀意念有关,可作为评估患者自杀倾向的敏感性方法。
Objective To explore the correlations between suicide ideation and life events,depression level and suicide attitude in patients with AIDS who have not received antiviral therapy.Methods A total of 68 patients with AIDS were selected and divided into control group(34 cases)treated with antiviral therapy and observation group(34 cases)treated without antiviral therapy.The scores of general information questionnaire,Beck Scale for Suicide Ideation-Chinese Version(BSI-CV),Life Events Scale(LES),Hamilton Depression Scale(HAMD)and Suicide Attitude Questionnaire(QSA)were compared between two groups.The correlations between suicide ideation and life events,depression level and suicide attitude were analyzed through Spearman analysis.Results The factor scores of suicide ideation intensity and suicide risk of BSI-CV as well as the total scores of LES and HAMD in observation group were significantly higher than those in control group(P<0.05).The factor scores of F1,F2,F3 and F4 of QSA in observation group were significantly lower than those in control group(P<0.05).The suicide ideation intensity and suicide risk of BSI-CV were positively correlated with the total scores of LES and HAMD(P<0.05),and negatively correlated with the total score of QSA(P<0.05).Conclusion Life events,depression level and suicide attitude are related to suicide ideation in patients with AIDS who have not received antiviral therapy,which can be used as a sensitive method to evaluate the suicidal tendency in patients.
