摘要
目的:评价对腰椎间盘突出症患者应用热敏灸联合推拿治疗的临床价值及对其产生的影响。方法:病例选取时间为2018年11月-2019年12月,对本院收治的108例腰椎间盘突出症患者开展项目研究,通过数字随机表法将其均分为研究组与参照组,每组54例。其中参照组运用推拿治疗,研究组运用热敏灸联合推拿治疗。对比临床治疗效果、治疗前后功能障碍评分、生活质量改善等数据。结果:治疗前两组生活质量对比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗后研究组心理状态、生理功能、社会功能、身体状态等评分均高于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗前两组功能障碍评分对比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗后研究组功能障碍评分高于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组治疗总有效率98.15%(53/54),高于参照组的85.19%(46/54),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:临床治疗腰椎间盘突出症选择热敏灸联合推拿治疗,相比单一推拿治疗,效果显著,可有效改善患者腰部功能障碍,提升整体生活质量。
Objective:To evaluate the clinical value and influence of thermal moxibustion combined with massage therapy on patients with lumbar disc herniation.Method:From November 2018 to December 2019,108 patients with lumbar disc herniation admitted to our hospital were selected,and they were divided into the study group and the reference group evenly through the digital random table method,54 cases were included in each group.The reference group used massage therapy,and the study group used acupuncture combined with massage therapy.The clinical treatment effect,dysfunction score before and after treatment,and improvement of quality of life were compared.Result:There was no significant difference in the quality of life between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05).After treatment,the scores of mental state,physiological function,social function,and physical state in the study group were all higher than those of the reference group,the differences between the groups were significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the dysfunction scores of the two groups before treatment(P>0.05).After treatment,the dysfunction score of the study group was higher than that of the reference group,the difference between the groups was significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate was 98.15%(53/54)in the study group,which was higher than 85.19%(46/54)of the reference group,the difference between the groups was significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Acupuncture combined with massage therapy in clinical treatment of lumbar disc herniation is significant which compares with single massage therapy.Acupuncture combined with massage therapy can effectively improve the patients’waist dysfunction and improve the overall quality of life.
