摘要
混凝土清水构件的外观质量不仅影响美观,也影响构件在自然条件下风化腐蚀程度。模板体系是外观质量的重要影响因素。基于耐久性设计和原材料优选结果,通过虎门二桥具体混凝土构件推荐配合比,开展了4种模板体系对清水混凝土外观影响与试块强度室内试验,对比了各种脱模剂对清水混凝土外观质量的影响差异,结果表明:采用钢模板+脱模剂模板体系成型后混凝土表面裂隙数量明显好于钢模板+模板漆、钢模板+脱模剂、钢模板+PVC板材模板体系,表面颜色也比较均匀;采用花王水性脱模剂的混凝土外观明显好于采用液压油、苏博特油性脱模剂、苏博特水性脱模剂的外观质量,而且喷涂效果好于刷涂施工效果。这不仅为虎门二桥桥墩施工提供指导,也为编写清水混凝土施工质量控制指南提供依据。
The appearance quality of architectural concrete components not only affects the appearance,but also provides conditions for weathering and corrosion of components under natural conditions.Concrete formwork system is an important factor affecting the appearance quality.Based on the results of durability design and raw material optimization,carried out indoor tests on the effect of four formwork systems on the appearance of the concrete and the experiment of blocks strength through the recommended mix ratios of concrete components of Humen Second Bridge,and compared the effects of various release agents on fair-faced concrete.The results show that the number of cracks on the concrete surface after the use of steel formwork+mold release agent formwork system is significantly less than that of steel formwork+formwork paint,steel formwork+mold release agent,steel formwork+PVC plate formwork system.The surface color is also relatively uniform;the appearance of concrete with Kao water-based release agent is obviously better than the appearance quality of hydraulic oil,Subote oil-based release agent,and Subote water-based release agent;and also the spraying effect is better than the brushing construction effect.This not only provided guidance for the construction of the piers of the Second Humen Bridge,but also provided a basis for the compilation of the quality control guidelines for architectural concrete construction.
