摘要
以混凝土表面色差和表面气孔面积比为指标,建立了一套量化评价清水混凝土表观质量的方法。通过单因素实验研究了脱模剂种类、振捣工艺、粉煤灰掺量、水胶比、砂率对清水混凝土表观质量的影响。结果表明,随着粉煤灰掺量、水胶比和砂率的增加,混凝土气孔面积比和色差均呈先减小后增大的趋势,在粉煤灰掺量为10%,水胶比为0.32,砂率为50%条件下,采用水性脱模剂和分层振捣的工艺,制备的C50清水混凝土表观质量最优,色差为6.3,气孔面积比仅为0.057%。
This paper establish a quantitative evaluation method about apparent quality of fair-faced concrete,by taking the concrete surface color difference and the percentage of pore area as indicators. By single-factor experiments,the effects of the type of release agent, vibrating process,fly ash proportion,W/B ratio,and sand ratio on the apparent quality of fair-faced concrete were studied. The research results show that the percentage of pore area and the concrete surface color difference decreases firstly and then increases with the increase of fly ash proportion,sand ratio and w/c ratio. The C50 fair-faced concrete has the best apparent quality when the fly ash content is 10%,W/B ratio is 0.32 and sand ratio is 50% using water-based release agent and layered vibrating. Under optimum condition,the concrete surface color difference is 6.3 and the percentage of pore area is 0.057%.
