摘要
在刚度试验台上对某MPV白车身进行弯曲和扭转刚度试验,并与有限元分析结果进行对比,其结果表明:扭转刚度对比误差为7.56%,弯曲刚度对比误差为1.85%,仿真精度满足要求,可以为进一步的结构分析优化提供基础。
The bending&torsion stiffness of a MPV white body have been tested on the stiffness test-rig,and compared with FEA analysis,The result indicates the error of bending&torsion stiffness are 7.56%and 1.85%,so the simulation accuracy meets the requirement.The method provides the foundation for further more structure optimization.
