轿车多体系统动力学的CAE分析模型构建技术及应用 被引量:5

摘要 应用多体动力学软件ADAMS/CAR建立了某新型轿车整车性能仿真分析模型,将其分解为多个子系统分别建模并验证。通过实测和有限元计算方法确定了轿车悬架、动力总成、轮胎等子系统的惯性参数和橡胶元件的力学特性参数;对轿车扭梁式后悬架采用振动模态综合方法建立了柔性体动力学模型;对重要的子系统模型和整车模型分别进行了运动学和动力学特性预分析,验证了所建立的整车动力学模型的有效性。 The simulation model of complete vehicle performance for a new car was established by using multibody system dynamics software ADAMS/CAR,then this model was divided into several subsystems,and the models for subsystems were established and validated respectively.The inertia and rubber parts mechanics characteristic parameters of car suspension,powertrain and tire etc were determined based on measurement and finite element method;the flexible body dynamic model of twist beam type rear suspension of the car was built by using modal synthesis method;the kinematics and dynamics pre-analysis of the important subsystems and complete vehicle model validated the complete vehicle dynamics model.
