二战后日本高校的通识教育改革实践及启示 被引量:2

摘要 通识教育问题是目前世界高等教育领域关注的重要课题之一。日本在二战后经过长达70多年的改革与实践,通识教育精神在高等教育领域已被内化认同,形成了较为成熟的通识教育体系,但其发展并非一帆风顺。借鉴二战后日本高校通识教育的改革实践经验和教训,我国需要从确立明确的通识教育理念、设置独立的通识教育运营组织机构、整合全校师资力量进行跨学科的师资队伍建设以及实施全面深入的课程设计等采取创新性措施,以推进具备中国特色的通识教育体系的构建与完善。 General education is one of the most important topics in higher education in the world.It has gone through more than 70 years of practice and reform in Japan after World WarⅡ.Its spirit has been internalized and recognized in higher education,forming a relatively mature general education system,though it also went through ups and downs.Based on the experience of Japan,China needs to take innovative measures to promote the construction and improvement of the general education system with Chinese characteristics,such as establishing a clear concept of general education,setting up a special operation organization for general education,integrating the faculty of the whole school to build interdisciplinary faculty and implementing a comprehensive and indepth curriculum design.
