Investigation and analysis on iodine nutrition of pregnant women in Zhumadian City from 2018 to 2019

摘要 目的了解驻马店市2018-2019年孕妇的碘营养现状,分析不同年份、不同年龄和不同孕周孕妇的碘营养水平。方法以驻马店市所辖的9个县(区)为监测点,每个监测点按照东、西、南、北、中5个方位各抽取1个乡镇(街道),随机抽取该乡镇(街道)的20名孕妇,采集其家中食用盐样和尿样进行碘含量检测。结果2018-2019年,共检测孕妇家中盐样1800份,盐碘中位数分别为24.8 mg/kg和25.6 mg/kg,不同年份盐碘中位数差别有统计学意义;共检测孕妇尿样1800份,尿碘中位数分别为178.7μg/L和196.8μg/L,不同年份孕妇的尿碘中位数差别有统计学意义;孕早、中、晚期孕妇的尿碘中位数分别为207.9μg/L、193.8μg/L和178.6μg/L,不同孕期孕妇的尿碘中位数差别有统计学意义;不同年龄孕妇的尿碘中位数差别无统计学意义。结论驻马店市2018-2019年孕妇的合格碘盐食用率低于国家消除碘缺乏病的标准,尿碘含量在适宜范围,但碘营养缺乏比例较大,仍需坚持补碘,必要时候补充碘剂,保证孕妇和胎儿的碘营养充足。 Objective To understand the status of iodine nutrition of pregnant women in Zhumadian City from 2018 to 2019,and to analyze the iodine nutrition levels of pregnant women in different years,ages and gestational weeks.Method Nine counties(districts)in Zhumadian City were selected as the monitoring points.One township(street)was taken from each county according to the five directions of East,West,South,North and middle.20 pregnant women were randomly selected from each selected township(street).The urine samples of the 20 pregnant women and salt samples in their homes were collected for iodine content detection.Result From 2018 to 2019,a total of 1800 salt samples were tested.The median of salt iodine content were 24.8 mg/kg and 25.6 mg/kg respectively.Differences in the median of salt iodine content in different years were statistically significant;A total of 1800 urine samples of pregnant women were tested and the median of urinary iodine concentration were 178.7μg/L and 196.8μg/L respectively.Differences in the median of urinary iodine concentration of pregnant women in different years were statistically significant;The median of urinary iodine concentration of pregnant women in early,middle,and late pregnancies were 207.9μg/L,193.8μg/L and 178.6μg/L respectively.The differences in the median of urinary iodine concentration of pregnant women in different pregnancy phrases were statistically significant.Conclusion The consumption rate of qualified iodized salt for pregnant women in Zhumadian City from 2018 to 2019 was lower than the national standard for eliminating iodine deficiency disease,and the urine iodine content was in the appropriate range.But the proportion of iodine nutrition deficiency was relatively large,so iodine supplementation was still needed.And iodine dose needed to be supplemented when necessary to ensure adequate iodine nutrition for pregnant women and fetuses.
