摘要
目的研究热放化疗治疗局部晚期子宫颈癌的应用及疗效分析。方法随机选取我院2018年2月-2020年2月治疗的局部晚期子宫颈癌患者68例,采用双盲法将患者分为两组,对照组患者采用放射疗法,观察组患者采用热放疗法,并对比两组患者治疗后的临床疗效、生存质量评分和不良反应发生情况。结果在对局部晚期子宫颈癌患者进行治疗时,观察组患者治疗后的临床疗效好于对照组(P<0.05),具有统计学意义;观察组患者治疗后的生存质量评分高于对照组(P<0.05),具有统计学意义;观察组治疗后的不良反应发生情况低于对照组(P<0.05),具有统计学意义。结论热放化疗是对局部晚期子宫颈癌患者的一种有效治疗方式,具有改善患者生活质量,减少不良反应的发生,提高临床疗效,帮助患者早日恢复等优势,值得在临床上应用。
Objective To study the application and effect of thermoradiotherapy and chemotherapy in the treatment of locally advanced cervical cancer.Methods 68 patients with locally advanced cervical cancer treated in our hospital from February 2018 to February 2020 were randomly selected.The patients were divided into two groups by double-blind method.The patients in the control group were treated with radiotherapy,and the patients in the observation group were treated with thermoradiotherapy.The clinical efficacy,quality of life score and adverse reactions of the two groups were compared after treatment.Results In the treatment of local advanced cervical cancer,the clinical effect of the observation group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05),with statistical significance;the quality of life score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05),with statistical significance;the adverse reactions of the observation group were lower than that of the control group(P<0.05),with statistical significance.Conclusion Thermoradiotherapy and chemotherapy is an effective treatment for patients with locally advanced cervical cancer.It has the advantages of improving the quality of life of patients,reducing the occurrence of adverse reactions,improving the clinical efficacy and helping patients recover as soon as possible.It is worthy of clinical application.
