摘要
从法学类长江学者特聘教授群体的学术成长轨迹来看,其教育背景中学术近缘以及学术链现象普遍存在,培养单位的多元化程度对其科研培养时间以及独立科研后的成才时间均具有影响,学历层次越高分布趋势越集中。其工作背景总体格局呈现出向优势院校集聚的态势,其演化趋势由综合性院校一枝独秀转向综合性院校和理工科院校齐头并进。学术晋升中实现“国家导向逻辑”与“学术创新逻辑”的融合与博弈是其行动逻辑,学术锦标赛是其外在动力机制,快速实现常规学术晋升是其前提性要件,长期专注的学术积累是其共性特质。从法学类长江学者特聘教授的学术影响力来看,学术显示度、学术生产力、学术被关注度、学术传播度与其综合影响力密切相关。在其当选前后学术生产力、下载被引比、学术显示度与学术被关注度波动明显。法学各类优秀人才人选分布相对集中,优势积累效应明显。其在促进生产资料分配正义的同时也进一步加剧了学者群体的社会分层。
The academic growth tracks of the distinguished professors in law discipline ranked in Cheung Kong Scholars Program,have the following characteristics.The academic inbred and academic chain phenomena are widespread on their educational background.Diversification degrees of training units have an impact on the time of scientific research training and independent scientific research.The higher the education level of the scholars,the distribution trend of the educational background is more concentrated.The overall pattern of working background shows a trend of gathering to the superior universities.The evolutionary trend of working background is changing from the comprehensive universities to the comprehensive and science and technology universities.The operational logic of scholars is the integration of“state orientation logic”and“academic innovation logic”.The external motive mechanism of scholars is academic championship.Rapid academic promotion is the prerequisite,long-term academic accumulation is the common characteristic.The academic influence of the distinguished professors in law discipline ranked in Cheung Kong Scholars Program have the following characteristics.Four elements are closely related to their comprehensive influence,they are academic display,academic productivity,academic attention and academic dissemination.Four aspects fluctuate significantly before and after the election,they are academic productivity,download citation ratio,academic display and academic attention.The distribution of all kinds of high-level talents in law discipline is relatively centralized.The advantage accumulation effect is obvious in the distribution of high-level talents.While promoting the distributive justice of means of production,it further aggravates the social stratification of scholars.
