摘要
目的:探讨温针灸辨证治疗胃食管反流(Gastroesophageal Reflux Disease,GRED)的疗效。方法:本研究采取临床随机对照试验,将符合纳入标准的80例患者随机分为两组,治疗组采取温针灸辨证治疗,每周3次,治疗4周;对照组餐前口服艾司奥美拉唑肠溶片,每次20 mg,每日1次,治疗4周。分别在治疗前、治疗后对患者进行症状治疗评分及胃镜炎症等级评分统计,评价两组疗效。结果:治疗后,两组症状评分均改善,治疗组症状总有效率97.50%(39/40),高于对照组65.00%(26/40),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组胃镜炎症等级均降低,治疗组胃镜炎症有效率67.50%(27/40),高于对照组47.50%(19/40),两组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:温针灸辨证治疗GERD在改善症状、减轻黏膜破损均取得了良好疗效。
Objective:To explore the therapeutic effect of warm acupuncture on gastroesophageal reflux disease(GRED).Methods:A RTC trial was conducted in this study.80 patients who met the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into 2 groups.The treatment group was treated with warm acupuncture syndrome differentiation,three times a week,with the treatment for 4 weeks,while the control group was treated with Esomeprazole enteric-coated tablets orally before meals,20 mg each time,once a day,with the treatment for 4 weeks.Before and after treatment,patients were scored for symptoms and gastroscopic inflammation,and the efficacy of the 2 groups was evaluated.Results:After treatment,the total effective rate of symptoms in the treatment group was 97.50%(39/40),which was higher than 65.00%(26/40)in the control group(P<0.05).The grade of gastroscopic inflammation in both groups decreased,and the effective rate of gastroscopic inflammation in the treatment group was 67.50%(27/40),which was higher than 47.50%(19/40)in the control group.There was significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion:Warm acupuncture treatment of GERD has achieved good results in relieving symptoms and alleviating mucosal damage.
