摘要
目的分析三明市疾病预防控制中心人力资源现状,为优化配置提供依据。方法对三明市疾病预防控制中心的人员数量、职称和学历等构成情况进行分析。结果三明市每万人疾病控制人员为0.39人。人员年龄以30~39岁为主(45.5%);学历以本科学历为主(82.2%);高、中和初级职称所占比例分别为27.7%、36.6%和35.6%。专业以公共卫生为主(43.6%),其次为检验医学(20.8%),临床专业占15.8%,护理专业占8%,其他占11.9%。结论三明市疾病预防控制中心专业技术人员队伍以中、青年为主,但仍存在老化趋势;中级职称人员较多,初、中、高级职称趋于饱和,年轻专业技术人员职称晋升的扎堆现象较为严重。应优化人力资源配置,建立健全的人才激励机制。
Objective To analyze the current situation of human resources in Sanming Center for Disease Control and prevention,and to provide the basis for optimizing the allocation.Methods The composition of Sanming City Center for Disease Control and Prevention,such as the number of personnel,professional title,and educational background were analyzed.Results There were 0.39 disease control personnel per 10000 people in Sanming City was.The age was mainly 30-39 years old(45.5%);the education level was mainly bachelor‘'s degree(82.2%);the proportion of senior,middle,and junior professional titles were 27.7%,36.6%and 35.6%respectively;the major was public health(43.6%),followed by laboratory medicine(20.8%),clinical specialty(15.8%),nursing specialty(8%),and others(11.9%).Conclusion The professional and technical personnel of Sanming Center for Disease Control and Prevention are mainly young and middle-aged,but there is still an aging trend;there are more middle-level professional titles;the junior,middle-level and senior professional titles tend to be saturated,and the phenomenon of young professional and technical personnel's promotion is more serious.The allocation of human resources should been optimized and to estanlish a sound talent incentive mechanism.
