摘要 随着社会的进步,城镇化不断推进,越老越多的城市小区被开发出来。物业服务行业随着城镇化的不断加快,也在不断地发展完善。物业管理已经成为现代服务业不可或缺的重要部分,其发展势头正盛,物业管理行业正在向现代服务业转型升级。该文基于物业管理行业的迅速发展,阐述物业服务质量的内涵,分析物业管理公司服务中存在的质量问题,找到物业管理公司提高服务质量的方法策略,希望能够为物业管理公司提高服务质量,提升服务水平提供借鉴。 With the progress of society and the continuous advancement of urbanization,more and more urban communities have been developed.With the continuous acceleration of urbanization,the property service industry is also developing and improving.Property management has become an indispensable part of modern service industry.Its development momentum is flourishing and the property management industry is transforming and upgrading to modern service industry.Based on the rapid development of property management industry,this paper expounds the connotation of property management service quality,analyzes the quality problems existing in the service of property management companies,and finds out the methods and strategies for property management companies to improve the service quality,hoping to provide reference for property management companies to improve the service quality and service level.
