摘要
目的研究对膀胱癌泌尿造口老年患者应用系统护理对改善生活质量及焦虑抑郁情况的临床效果。方法随机抽取我院2018年3月至2020年3月150例膀胱癌泌尿造口老年患者作为本次研究对象。随机将其均分成对照组和观察组各75例。对照组采用常规护理,观察组采用系统护理。使用生活质量评定量表(SF-36)评估两组患者生活质量变化情况。使用焦虑自评量表(SAS)和抑郁自评量表(SDS)评估两组患者焦虑抑郁情绪变化情况。结果观察组认知功能、角色功能、躯体功能及社会功能评分明显高于对照组,差异有显著性(P<0.05)。两组患者SAS和SDS评分比较,差异有显著性(P<0.05)。结论对膀胱癌泌尿造口老年患者应用系统护理临床效果显著,能有效提升生活质量,改善负面情绪,利于治疗效果提升。
Objective To study the clinical effect of systematic nursing on the elderly patients with bladder cancer undergoing urostomy in order to improve their quality of life and anxiety and depression.Methods A total of 150 elderly patients with bladder cancer undergoing urostomy were randomly selected from March 2018 to March 2020.Randomly divide them into the control group and the observation group with 75 cases each.The control group received routine nursing and the observation group received systematic nursing.Quality of life assessment scale(SF-36)was used to evaluate the change of quality of life in the two groups.Selfrating anxiety scale(SAS)and self-rating depression scale(SDS)were used to assess the change of anxiety and depression in the two groups.Results The scores of cognitive function,role function,body function and social function in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).There was significant difference in SAS and SDS scores between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of the system to the elderly patients with bladder cancer urostomy has a significant clinical effect,can effectively improve the quality of life,improve negative emotions,conducive to improving the treatment effect.
