纳里橐吾化学成分分析与营养价值评价

摘要 为探讨纳里橐吾化学成分组成和营养价值,评价其资源化开发利用的可能性,采用植物化学成分系统分析法和饲料或食品营养成分国家标准测定法,对纳里橐吾化学成分、常规营养成分、矿物质元素和氨基酸含量进行分析测定。结果显示,纳里橐吾含有生物碱、黄酮类、醌类、有机酸、挥发油、香豆素、鞣质及酚类化合物,不含甾体、三萜类和强心苷类化合物;其中粗蛋白、粗脂肪、粗纤维、粗灰分、中性洗涤纤维及酸性洗涤纤维含量分别为0.870%、3.264%、43.625%、8.245%、65.000%、50.565%;矿物质元素铜、锌、铁、锰、钾、钙、镁、磷、铬及硒含量分别为9.068、38.105、744.500、6.335、9 810.000、7 622.000、9 383.000、1 960.000、19.008、0.089 mg/kg;含有17种氨基酸,总含量为7.417%,其中必需氨基酸7种(含量为2.367%),非必需氨基酸10种(含量为5.050%)。结果表明,虽然纳里橐吾粗蛋白和氨基酸含量较低,但化学成分种类繁多,矿物质元素含量较为丰富,具有资源化利用潜力。 To explore the chemical composition and nutritional value and evaluate the possibility of development and utilization of L.naryensis,in this study,the pre-experiment and national standard were used to determine the chemical composition,and general nutritive components in L.naryensis.The results showed that L.naryensis contains many chemical compositions,such as alkaloids,phenols,quinones,organic acids,essential oil,flavonoids,coumarins and tannins,except for steroid,triterpenes and cardiac glycoside.We also tested the contents of general nutritive components,such as crude protein(0.870%),crude fat(3.264%),crude fiber(43.625%),crude ash(8.245%),neutral detergent fiber(65.000%),acid detergent fiber(50.565%)and the mineral element contents including Ca(7622.000 mg/kg),P(1960.000 mg/kg),K(9810.000 mg/kg),Fe(744.500 mg/kg),Zn(38.105 mg/kg),Mg(9383.000 mg/kg),Mn(6.335 mg/kg),Cu(9.068 mg/kg),Cr(19.008 mg/kg)and Se(0.089 mg/kg).In addition,there are 17 kinds of amino acids,which content is 7.417%in L.naryensis,including 7 essential amino acids(2.367%)and 10 non-essential amino acids(5.050%).Although the contents of crude protein and amino acids are low in L.naryensis,and diverse chemical components and rich mineral elements are useful.Therefore,there is potential for further resource utilization of L.naryensis.
