摘要
紫花苜蓿(Medicago sativaLinn.)为广泛分布在我国的一种牧草植物,含有黄酮、三萜、生物碱、香豆素、蛋白质和多糖等化学成分,具有抗菌、抗氧化、免疫调节、降低胆固醇等多方面的生物活性,部分活性成分已开发成产品。本文对该植物的化学成分及其生物活性与开发利用的研究进展进行了综述。
Alfalfa(Medicago sativa Linn. )is a forage crop widely distributed in China. The major chemical constituents are flavonoids ,triterpenoid saponins, alkaloids, coumarins, proteins and polysaeeharides, which showed a variety of biological activities such as antimicrobial, antioxidant, immuno-modtdatory, cholesterol-lowering effects. Some bioaetive constituents have been developed as commercial products. Advances on chemistry, bioactivity as well as development and utilization of alfalfa constituents were briefly reviewed.
