摘要
目的分析舒适护理干预对经皮椎体后凸成形术(PKP)术后老年患者疼痛程度及并发症预防的影响。方法选择广昌县人民医院2018年4月-2020年4月收治的74例老年性椎体压缩性骨折患者,根据随机数字表法分成2组各37例。患者均接受PKP治疗,对照组予以术后常规护理,观察组在此基础上实施舒适护理干预,比较2组患者的疼痛视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评分、Barthel指数(BI)评分及并发症发生情况。结果观察组疼痛程度明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。与术前相比,2组患者术后1周的BI评分均明显提高,且观察组高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组的术后并发症发生率为2.70%,明显低于对照组的18.91%(P<0.05)。结论PKP术后老年患者提供舒适护理干预,能够显著改善术后疼痛,提高日常生活活动能力,并有效预防术后并发症,具有临床推广价值。
Objective To analyze the effect of comfortable nursing intervention on pain degree and complication prevention of elderly patients after percutaneous kyphoplasty(PKP).Methods 74 cases of senile vertebral compression fractures were selected in our hospital from April 2018 to April 2020.According to the random number table method,the subjects were divided into two groups:the control group and the observation group,with 37 patients in each group.All patients were treated with PKP.The control group received traditional basic nursing,while the observation group received comfortable nursing intervention at the same time.The visual analog scale/score(VAS),Barthel(BI)index score and complications were compared between the two groups.Results The pain degree of the observation group was significantly better than that of the control group(P<0.05).Compared with before operation,Bi index scores of two groups were significantly improved at 1 week after operation(P<0.05),while Bi index score of observation group was significantly higher than that of control group(P<0.05).The incidence of postoperative complications in the observation group was 2.70%,significantly lower than 18.91%in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Comfortable nursing intervention for elderly patients after PKP can significantly improve the degree of postoperative pain,improve their activities of daily living,and effectively prevent postoperative complications,which has clinical value.
