摘要
目的观察细节护理在单侧椎体后凸成形术治疗陈旧性骨质疏松性椎体压缩骨折中的应用效果。方法选取我院2015年1月~2017年1月收治的陈旧性骨质疏松椎体压缩骨折患者86例,所有患者均给予单侧椎体后凸成形术治疗,随机将其分为对照组与观察组,各43例,对照组给予常规护理,观察组在此基础上采用细节护理,比较两组患者术后疼痛视觉模拟量表评分、巴塞尔(BI)日常生活功能评分、Oswestry功能障碍指数及术后护理满意度。结果对照组疼痛视觉模拟评分为(4.12±0.87)分,高于观察组的(2.08±0.91)分,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后两组BI评分均升高,ODI评分降低,且观察组改善程度优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组护理满意度为95.35%,高于对照组的81.40%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论单椎体后凸成形术治疗陈旧性骨质疏松性椎体压缩骨折配合细节护理能够取得更好的临床效果,有效促进预后,提高患者满意度。
Objective To observe the effect of detailed nursing on unilateral kyphoplasty in the treatment of old osteoporotic vertebral compression fractures.Methods 86 patients with old osteoporotic vertebral compression fractures admitted to our hospital from January 2015 to January 2017 were enrolled.All patients were treated with unilateral kyphoplasty and were randomly divided into control group and control group.In the observation group,43 cases in each group,the control group received routine nursing,and the observation group used detailed nursing on this basis.The postoperative pain visual analogue scale scores,Basel(BI)daily life function scores,Oswestry dysfunction index,and postoperative care satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results The visual analog score of the control group was(4.12±0.87),which was higher than that of the observation group(2.08±0.91),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the BI scores of both groups increased,and the ODI score decreased.The improvement degree of the observation group was better than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction of the observation group was 95.35%,which was higher than 81.40%of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Single vertebral kyphoplasty for the treatment of old osteoporotic vertebral compression fractures with detailed nursing can achieve better clinical results,effectively promote prognosis and improve patient satisfaction.
