摘要
目的:在农村女性两癌筛查中进行健康宣教,探究对女性“两癌”筛查意愿提升的作用与价值。方法:研究起止时间为2018年1月至2019年1月期间。于我辖区19家社区选取400例农村女性,均分两组。对照组为常规指导,观察组为健康宣教(每年2次)。就农村女性对“两癌”相关知识的掌握程度、“两癌”筛查的意愿等临床指标进行实验分析。结果:观察组农村女性“两癌”相关知识掌握水平较高(P<0.05);观察组农村女性“两癌”筛查意愿较高(P<0.05)。结论:为辖区农村女性开展“两癌”健康宣教活动,既可以提升女性“两癌”相关知识掌握水平,也可提高女性“两癌”筛查意愿,提高“两癌”筛查的工作效率。
Objective:To conduct health education in screening two cancers in rural women,To explore the role and value of women’s“two cancers”screening intention.Methods:the starting and ending time of the study was from January 2018 to January 2019.In my district 19 communities selected 400 rural women.In two groups,In the control group,The observation group was health education(2 times a year).The clinical indexes of rural women’s knowledge of“two cancers”and their willingness to screen for“two cancers”were analyzed.Results:The knowledge of“two cancers”in rural women in observation group was high,Comparative analysis of the two groups(P<0.05).Observation group rural women“two cancer”screening intention is higher,the two groups comparative analysis(P<0.05).Conclusion:carrying out“two cancers”health education activities for rural women in the district can not only improve the knowledge of“two cancers”in women,but also improve the willingness of women to screen“two cancers”and improve the efficiency of“two cancers”screening.
