摘要
对1例指腹离断患者,通过采用创面持续冲洗引流无静脉吻合末节再植的方法,配合科学积极的护理措施,包括:基础护理、引流管的护理、疼痛护理、健康教育及心理干预,能够提高手术成功率,改善愈合。
A case of amputated finger pulp was treated with continuous irrigation and drainage of wound surface without venous anastomosis replantation,combined with scientific and active nursing measures,including basic nursing,drainage tube nursing,pain nursing,health education and psychological intervention,which can improve the success rate of hand surgery and improve the healing.
