摘要
随着新冠疫情的爆发,采用何种教学方案将现代物流管理课程的知识传承,成为教师需要思考的首要难题。在此背景下,文章回顾了线上教学中存在的新挑战,并结合笔者自身的教学经历,试图发掘适宜线上教学的新模式,构建合理的过程监测体系,用以提高线上教学质量。最后,通过对学生的成绩进行评测考察线上教学的成效。研究发现,教师采用与学生即时音频互动的教学模式可以显著提高线上教学的质量。以期为疫情过后的线上教学提供经验借鉴。
With the outbreak of the 2019-nCoV,what kind of teaching plan should be adopted to teach knowledge of modern logistics management has become the primary problem for teachers to think about.In this context,we review the new challenges that exist in distance teaching,and combines the authors'own teaching experience to try to discover new models suitable for distance teaching.On this basis,we try to build a reasonable process monitoring system to improve the quality of distance teaching.Finally,the effectiveness of this distance teaching was evaluated by the students'performance.Research has found that teachers can significantly improve the quality of distance teaching by using real-time audio interaction with students.This research aims to provide experience and reference for distance teaching after the 2019-nCoV.
