摘要 “双师双能型”教师队伍建设已成为地方普通本科院校能否顺利转型为应用型本科院校的核心问题。针对T学院“双师双能型”教师队伍建设现状及存在的问题,提出校企合作培养“双师双能型”教师队伍的实践路径,并明确了促进校企合作培养“双师双能型”教师队伍的保障机制,旨在加快地方本科院校“双师双能型”教师队伍建设的进程。 The construction of"dual-qualification and dual-skills"teaching staff has become a key issue of local undergraduate universities can be transformed into application-oriented colleges successfully.In view of the current situation and existing problems in the construction of"dual-qualification and dual-ability"teaching staff in T college,the paper puts forward the practical path of cultivating"dual-qualification and dual-ability"teaching staff through school-enterprise cooperation,and clarifies the guarantee mechanism for promoting school-enterprise cooperation to cultivate"dual-qualification and dual-ability"teaching staff,aiming at accelerating the process of"dual-qualification and dual-ability"teaching staff construction in local undergraduate universities.
