摘要
文章针对高层办公建筑设计的建筑策划阶段,将智能化技术列为重点考虑的部分之一,应用建筑策划的基本方法和程序,从项目规划、功能构成、管理体系、绿色节能、设备应用等角度,对高层办公建筑智能化设计中存在的关键问题进行研究,并提出优化策略,以期为其他同类型建筑智能化设计提供行之有效的参考思路。
For the architectural planning of high-rise office building,the intelligent technology is listed as one of the key parts to be considered in this paper.The basic methods and procedures of architectural planning are proposed from the perspectives of project planning,functional composition,management system,green energy saving,equipment application,etc.Also,the paper studies the key issues existing in the intelligent design of high-rise office buildings and proposes optimization strategies,in order to provide effective reference ideas for the intelligent design of other similar buildings.
