摘要
分光光度法测定水质中亚硝酸盐含量不确定度评定,建立不确定度模型,运用测量不确定度的基本方法和程序,找出影响其不确定度的因素,对不确认度进行评估。其不确定度主要来源于标准溶液、标准溶液配制、样品取样过程、校准曲线拟合、样品重复性测量、分析仪器、吸光度值的量化误差等7个方面,水样中亚硝酸盐含量为71.2μg/L,其扩展不确定度为1.52μg/L。建立水中亚硝酸盐的不确定度计算和分析方法,对实际工作检测数据的准确度具有重要意义。
The uncertainty evaluation of the determination of nitrite content in water quality by spectrophotometer was established,the uncertainty model was established,and the uncertainty was evaluated by using the basic methods and procedures of the measurement uncertainty to find out the factors that affect the uncertainty.The uncertainty mainly comes from seven aspects,such as standard solution,preparation of standard solution,sample sampling process,calibration curve fitting,sample repeatability measurement,analytical instrument,quantitative error of absorbance value,etc.The content of nitrite in water sample was 71.2μg/L,and the expanded uncertainty was 1.52μg/L.It is of great significance to establish the method for calculating and analyzing the uncertainty of nitrite in water.
